without the leap of faith
No migration fee, no contract, no cliff. Import your list in an afternoon — deduplicated on entry — and run BIP next to your current tool until the numbers convince you. Storage is free, so the move costs exactly zero until you send.

The route
Four steps, zero cliffs
Export everything from your current tool
Every major tool exports contacts as CSV or XLSX — audiences, lists, properties, tags. Grab everything; on BIP, storing 200,000 contacts costs the same as storing 200: nothing.
Import with the wizard — dedupe included
The wizard maps columns to names, emails, phones, tags, and custom fields, validates row by row, and merges duplicates by email or phone into single profiles. Your base arrives cleaner than it left.
Rebuild segments and templates
Recreate your key segments with BIP’s 11 criteria (most translate directly — and several, like geo radius and birthday mode, have no equivalent to translate from). Rebuild your flagship template in the block editor and test-send it to yourself.
Run both in parallel, then flip
Keep the old tool running while BIP handles your next campaigns. Compare opens, clicks, and the bill. When the comparison is boring because BIP keeps winning, cancel the other contract — that’s the whole migration.

What carries over
- Your whole contact base — stored free, deduplicated on entry
- Tags, custom fields, and scores (as KPIs)
- Your sending domain and sender identity
- Opt-outs — import suppressed contacts as unsubscribed, never message them again
- Your old tool, running in parallel as long as you want

Two tools for two weeks, then one
A store with 120,000 contacts exports everything on a Friday. Monday, the wizard imports the base — 3,400 duplicates merge on entry — and the team rebuilds its five working segments before lunch. For two weeks, newsletters go out from both tools to split segments. The clicks match; the bills don’t. The old subscription doesn’t survive the month — and nobody misses the leap of faith, because there never was one.
Migration questions
Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Talk to our team — a human replies.
Does my campaign history come with me?
No — and that’s deliberate. Historical opens from your old tool stay there for reference; BIP starts measuring from your first send with bot-filtered, preview-filtered numbers you can actually trust.
What happens to my unsubscribes?
Export them as part of your contact file and import with a "suppressed" tag, marking them unsubscribed. BIP never messages an opted-out contact — respect survives the move.
How long does the migration take?
Most teams import and rebuild their core segments in a day. The parallel-running period is yours to choose — a week, a month, or until the comparison bores you.
Can I import my email templates?
Templates rebuild in the block editor rather than importing — an afternoon for a working set, and they come out cleaner than years of accumulated legacy HTML.
What does migrating cost?
None. No migration fee, no setup fee, no contract. Import free, store free, and use the 1,000 monthly free sends to run your first real comparisons.
Your list is portable. Your bill should be too.
Import today, compare for two weeks, decide with numbers. The list rides free the whole way.
