Sell more without paying for idle contacts

Turn browsers into buyers with cart recovery, post-purchase follow-ups, and segment-based promos — on email or WhatsApp. Trigger campaigns from your store and pay only when a message goes out.

  • API-triggered cart recovery
  • Segmentation by purchase behavior
  • WhatsApp promos for mobile shoppers

The trap

Sound familiar?

Legacy tools bill you for the whole list — even the contacts you never message.

  • You pay for a contact database that grows faster than your revenue.

  • Cart abandonment emails sit in a separate tool from your WhatsApp promos.

  • Behavior-triggered messages require expensive add-ons or custom code.

Why bip fits

Built for how you send

  • API-triggered cart recovery

Your store hits the API when a cart is abandoned. Set a delay, reset if they return, cancel if they buy — no message, no charge.

  • Segmentation by purchase behavior

Tag VIPs, lapsed buyers, or high-AOV customers. Build nested filters and see the match count before you send.

  • WhatsApp promos for mobile shoppers

Run flash sales on WhatsApp with approved templates mapped to lead fields.

  • Recurring campaigns for repeat buyers

Schedule weekly deal digests or monthly win-back campaigns. The audience rebuilds before every send.

  • Pay per send, never per contact

Store your entire customer list for free. You pay only when a message actually goes out — never for contacts sitting idle.

  • Delivery and read tracking

Delivered, opened, clicked, and WhatsApp read receipts land on each lead — plus up to 3 webhooks to your store on every send.

The plays

Campaigns your team can copy

P / 1

Back-in-stock ping

A customer asks about a sold-out sneaker — tag them "waiting-neon-drop". When the restock lands, a one-time campaign goes to that tag: 84 people who asked, 84 sends, zero ad spend.

P / 2

Post-purchase follow-up

Delivery confirmed? Your store triggers a thank-you with a three-day delay: a review ask plus a coupon for the next order — timed for when the package is already in their hands.

P / 3

Weekend flash sale, engaged-only

Saturday, 9 am, absolute date. The flash sale goes only to shoppers who opened an email in the last 30 days — engaged eyes, better deliverability, no wasted sends.

In practice

Abandoned cart on WhatsApp

A shopper leaves three items in the cart. Your Shopify app calls the BIP API with a 2-hour delay. If they complete checkout, the campaign cancels. If not, they get a WhatsApp reminder with their name and a 10% code — one send, one charge.

Common questions

Can’t find the answer you’re looking for? Talk to our team — a human replies.

Does BIP integrate with my store?

Any store that can make an HTTP call can trigger BIP — Shopify, WooCommerce, VTEX, or your own checkout. One endpoint triggers a campaign; another cancels it.

What if the customer buys during the delay?

Call the cancel endpoint and the pending message disappears. Canceled sends are never charged — recovery campaigns only cost you when they actually fire.

Can I message only engaged shoppers?

Yes — event criteria filter by real behavior: opened an email, clicked a campaign, visited a page. Send the flash sale to engaged shoppers only.

What does a big, quiet list cost me?

Nothing. Storing contacts is free on BIP. An 80,000-contact base that receives one campaign a month costs exactly the sends of that campaign.
