How does monthly capacity work?
You set a monthly send cap between 5,000 and 500,000. You are billed for the tier you choose, not per message below that cap.
When is a delayed send charged?
When the message delivers. Cancel a delayed API send first and it does not count.
Do webhooks cost extra?
No. Webhooks fired on the same send as an email or WhatsApp are included.
Can I change my send volume later?
Yes — raise or lower your cap in the self-service billing portal.
I have a huge list but send rarely — what do I pay?
You pay for 2,000 sends. Storing 100,000 contacts costs nothing on BIP.
What happens if a campaign exceeds my cap?
BIP checks capacity before a bulk campaign and warns you instead of sending a partial batch. Raise the cap in the portal and the campaign goes out complete.
How hard is it to switch from my current tool?
Export a CSV from your current tool and import it with the wizard — mapping, validation, and deduplication included. Storage is free, so you can run both tools side by side until you are ready.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual billing saves 4.5% on the 12-month equivalent. Your monthly send capacity still resets every month within the year.
