Privacy Policy
Last updated · July 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BIP Marketing LLC ("BIP", "we", "us"), a Florida, USA company, collects, uses, and protects personal information when you visit bip.marketing, use our dashboard, or interact with our messaging service (together, the "Service").
The short version: we collect what we need to run the Service, we act as a processor for the lead lists our customers upload, and we never sell personal data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — name, email address, password, and company details you provide when you register.
- Billing information — purchase history and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment processor; BIP does not store full card numbers.
- Usage information — logs, IP address, device and browser data, and how you interact with the dashboard, used for security, debugging, and product improvement.
- Customer Data — the leads, contact lists, and message content our customers upload to send campaigns. This category is special: see "Our Role" below.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information above to:
- Provide and operate the Service — accounts, campaigns, delivery, and support.
- Process payments and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Secure the platform, enforce our Terms of Service and anti-spam rules, and protect deliverability.
- Improve the product and, if you opt in, send you product news. Transactional messages about your account are always sent.
3. Our Role: Controller and Processor
For account, billing, and usage information, BIP is the data controller — we decide how and why it is processed.
For Customer Data, BIP is a processor (a "service provider" under the CCPA): our customers decide whom to message and why, and we process that data only on their instructions to deliver the Service. If you received a message sent through BIP, the sender — not BIP — is the controller of your data. See "Your Rights" below for what you can do.
4. Legal Bases (GDPR)
Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on these legal bases:
- Performance of a contract — operating your account and the Service.
- Legitimate interests — security, fraud prevention, and product improvement.
- Consent — optional communications and non-essential cookies.
- Legal obligation — accounting, tax, and compliance requirements.
5. Sharing and Subprocessors
We never sell personal data. We share it only with providers that help us run the Service:
- Infrastructure providers — such as Cloudflare — that host and protect the platform.
- Payment processing providers, to handle purchases.
- Delivery channels — such as Meta (WhatsApp) and email infrastructure providers — strictly to deliver the messages our customers send.
- Authorities, when required by law and after verifying the request.
6. International Transfers
BIP Marketing LLC is a US company and our team works from Brazil, so data is processed in both countries and wherever our infrastructure providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for cross-border transfers.
7. Data Retention
We keep account information for as long as your account exists, plus any period required by law (for example, for tax records).
Customer Data is kept while your account is active. When you delete data or close your account, we delete Customer Data from production systems within 30 days and from backups within 90 days.
8. Security
We protect data with technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, access controls, isolation between customer accounts, and logging. No system is 100% secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you as required by law.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live — including under the GDPR (EU), LGPD (Brazil), and CCPA (California) — you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@bip.marketing; we respond within the timelines the applicable law sets.
If you received a marketing message sent through BIP, the fastest route is the unsubscribe link in the message itself or contacting the sender directly. You can also write to us — we will forward your request to the sender and, where we are legally able to, act on it directly.
10. Cookies
The site and dashboard use essential cookies (login sessions, security, language preference) and a small set of analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may break login.
For the full list of cookies we set and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy at bip.marketing/cookies.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact support@bip.marketing and we will delete it.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product and the law evolve. Changes are published on this page with an updated date at the top; material changes are also announced through the dashboard or by email.
